VARIO30 – Modular Aluminium LED Profile System for Linear Lighting

VARIO30 by TOPMET Light is a versatile family of aluminium LED profiles designed for creating customised linear lighting systems. The range includes surface-mounted, recessed and complementary profiles, offering multiple configuration options for residential, office and commercial lighting projects.

Thanks to its modular construction and extensive accessory range, VARIO30 LED profiles can be combined to create different luminaire designs, including surface-mounted and suspended lighting solutions.

VARIO30-01 – Compact Profile with Multiple Possibilities

VARIO30-01 is the shallowest profile in the VARIO30 family. It can be used independently to create minimalist LED luminaires or combined with the VARIO30-08 aluminium housing to provide additional space for concealing an LED power supply.

With a 30 mm wide LED strip mounting area, VARIO30-01 offers flexibility in selecting light sources and designing linear lighting installations.

Its construction also supports continuous lighting arrangements, including illuminated corner connections when used with compatible accessories.

Diffusers and System Accessories

VARIO30-01 is compatible with four diffuser types, also used in the COMBO30 system:

A9 slide-in diffuser – transparent (95%), frosted (90%) and opal (60%).
C9 click-in diffuser – transparent (95%), opal (70%) and black (40%).
D9 click-in diffuser – rounded opal version (70%).
E9 click-in diffuser – rectangular opal version (70%).

Dedicated end caps, including VARIO30-01-D9 and VARIO30-01-E9, provide a consistent finish with the selected diffuser.

For installation, the profile supports T mounting clips and Y spring clips. The T connector also allows profile sections to be joined in a straight line.

Flexible Linear Lighting by TOPMET Light

From simple standalone luminaires to more advanced modular configurations, the VARIO30 aluminium LED profile system offers flexibility in both design and installation.

Its wide selection of compatible diffusers, mounting accessories and complementary profiles makes VARIO30 a practical choice for modern architectural and commercial lighting projects.
