SLIM8 LED Profile – Compact Aluminium Profile for Furniture Lighting

The SLIM8 LED profile by TOPMET Light is a minimalist aluminium LED profile designed for discreet furniture and decorative lighting. As one of the smallest surface-mounted profiles in the TOPMET Light range, SLIM8 offers a compact solution that requires minimal modification to furniture.

Designed for surface-mounted LED lighting, SLIM8 accommodates LED strips up to 8 mm wide, making it ideal for shelves, cabinets, wardrobes and other furniture applications where space is limited.

Compact Surface-Mounted LED Profile

The SLIM8 aluminium LED profile combines a slim design with easy installation. Its compact dimensions allow discreet integration into furniture, while the functional Slick groove enables convenient diffuser installation.

The profile is compatible with Z spring mounting clips, which allow installation at two different heights – directly against the mounting surface or with a small gap.

Compatible LED Diffusers for SLIM8

SLIM8 supports two system diffuser types:

A slide-in diffuser – transparent (95%), frosted (90%) and opal (60%).
C2 click diffuser – transparent (95%) and opal (70%).

The opal C2 diffuser is also available in a 20-metre roll, allowing longer continuous lighting lines with fewer joints for a cleaner visual effect.

Mounting Accessories and End Caps

The SLIM8 LED profile is compatible with several mounting solutions and dedicated accessories:

Z spring mounting clips – two installation heights for flexible positioning.
Magnetic mounting clips – neodymium magnets for attachment to metal surfaces, with double-sided adhesive tape for suitable non-metallic surfaces.
SLIM8 end caps – standard and cable-hole versions for a neat finish and convenient cable routing.
90° angle connector – enables profile connections while helping maintain continuous illumination through corners.

These accessories make SLIM8 a versatile choice for furniture lighting installations.
